Senior Tennis Serve
Tennis Pro Joe MacDonald demostrate’s the way a Senior Player can hit his or her serve. You don’t need a 100 MPH serve anymore. You need a serve that is accurate and with a little spin. It’s important to get the toss out in front so as to get to net when playing double’s. Being reliable is more important then pace in senior tennis. Practice the serve when you can. Especially the toss.
