Board meetings are held on the first Friday of most months. All club members are welcomed to attend the Board meetings and encouraged to participate in the discussions. Their valuable input will be well taken for consideration. Sometimes, members may be requested to participate in the opinion poll (raising hands or not) which may help in decision making by the Board Members, who only can vote on matters. Minutes are taken and published.
